How many emails do you currently have in your Inbox? 10? 20? 200? More than 1,000? I know people who have as many as 500 unread emails sitting and waiting to be opened. While you may not be that bad, when was the last time your Inbox got to zero?

One of the problems with clearing out your email is sorting through the noise. Your email address used to be for emailing people. That probably only accounts for about 10% of my need for an email address these days. It’s hard to visit a website anymore where you aren’t required to enter an email address to gain access to most features. Some will let you login with Facebook or Twitter, but try using either of those services without having an email address. Not gonna happen. Continue Reading…

How many projects are you working on? How many others would you like to work on “if I only had the time”. You probably had three, four, five, maybe even 20 things just run through your head. Now, where do you keep all of those organize and what is your strategy for making any of them happen?

I have become an avid user of Evernote for organizing not only my projects, but also my writing, and my document storage. Evernote can be used to organize just about anything you can image. I use if for the multitude of projects I work on, but I will eventually be adding things such as keeping track of (and storing) all of my documents such as health records, business receipts, and tons of other things that I am now keeping in file folders in a drawer.
